Partner workout

10 minute AMRAP:

  • Snatch 55#/75#
  • 10 T-2-B (Toes to Bar)

*Partner 1 (P1) is performing as many snatch’s as possible (AMRAP), 

*Partner 2  (P2) is completing 10 repetitions of T-2-B.

When partner 2 is finished doing 10 reps of T-2-B, switch positions. 

*SCORE is TOTAL # of Snatch’s completed by each team of two athletes.
