We are going to launch new membership options on October 1st. If you would rather just continue to pay monthly – don’t worry at all, nothing is changing for you!!
Read below to get more details and how you can save…
For all current members your membership rate will NEVER change… Unless you decide you want to pay 6 or 12 months upfront starting on 10/1 (in which case your monthly rate will actually decrease slightly!). If you do not plan on paying up front nothing changes for you at all, except for when you get hit by auto-draft. You just need to choose the 1st or the 15th of the month (most of you have done this already, on the board in the gym – Thanks!), and I will prorate your October dues to accommodate the change in draft date so everyone is on track (drafting on either the 1st or the 15th) starting November 1st, and you will just continue with paying a monthly bill, as usual!
I will be giving all current members who decide to pay up front a 5% discount on a 6 month contract and a 7% discount on a 12 month contract! The current % off you have seen in the recent blog posts (15% off of 12mo and 10% off 6mo) is based off of our new pricing structure, which is more than what you are paying now, so pay no attention to that, I just want to keep you in the loop on our new pricing structure for incoming members.
So in short – nothing is changing for you if you want to continue to pay for your membership monthly, OR you can save and pay up front for 6 or 12 months and get 5% (6 months) or 7% (12 months) off of your current ‘grandfathered in’ rate.

A. Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (6 sets):
Clean x 1.1.1.1
(rest 10 seconds between each single)

B. Three sets for times of:
250 Meter Row
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
20 Kettlebell Swings (55/35#)
– Rest 3 minutes


Fitness- 

A. Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (6 sets):
3x Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat

B. Three sets for times of:
250 Meter Row
20 Wall Ball Shots
20 Kettlebell Swings
– Rest 3 minutes


BOOTCAMP RX CLASS: 

A. TEAM TIRE FLIP FUN 

  • As a group get the big tire around the little loop!

B. Five sets for times of:
250 Meter Run
20 Wall Ball Shots
20 Kettlebell Swings
– Rest 3 minutes
