Congrats to all of our Girls GoneRX competitors!

CFS had an amazing weekend and all of our women competitors did a GREAT job!

Thank you to all of the spectators who came out to support us this weekend!

 

A ton of money was raised for Barbells for Boobs and our very own Birgit raised over $1600 on her own!! Great job girl! 

Here was the final breakdown for the weekend (out of 110 teams): 

The Breast of Friends- 15th

Save a Boob Ride a Cowgirl- 17th

Hooters Make you Happy- 49th 

Twerking for Titties- 90th

Please congratulate our competitors on a job well done when you see them!!!! 

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

A.  Take 15 minutes to Establish 3RM Front Squat

B. 2 minutes Max reps of alternating Pistols

Rest 2 minutes, then complete

7 minute AMRAP:

5 Strict Pullups (Sub= Ring Rows)
10 Pushups
150 meter Run

Rest 2 minutes, then complete

100 Abmat Situps for time

Notes:  Score the pistols, amrap and situps separately.

 

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:

WOD 1:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes:
10 Wallballs (20/14)
20 Jumping Lunges
10 DB Press (30/20)

WOD 2 –Sprints – Run or Row – pick weakness
Partner Up:
10x 150m Sprints Each
1 Runs/ Rows. Rest while your partner sprints
Scaled: 8 Rounds
