LABOR DAY TEAM WOD:
20min AMRAP- 3 Person teams
Big Loop Med Ball Run (both med balls must be carried)
30 Burpee Box Jumps (EACH member does 10)
Medball Carry 7/11 and back (20#/14#)
120 MB Sit-ups
300 Stick Jumps
120 DLs (135#/95#)
All three members must attack movement in order. All members will complete both runs together as a team and carry both medballs with them!
Complete all movements as fast as possible leaving time for pull-ups at the end.
Score will be total pull-ups.
