As most of you already know.. Lisa P is moving down south this week and will be leaving CFS. She has been a huge part of our CFS family and we will miss her dearly. Lisa’s improvement over her last two years with us has been incredible and we know that she will be successful at the new gym she will be joining. Her amazing attitude and incredible personality will be greatly missed in the 5am class.
We would like to invite everyone to come have one final WOD with Lisa this Monday at 5am.
I know its early but Lisa is worth it! Nicolle will have coffee for us after that class is over.
