Fight Gone Bad

One minute at each of 5 stations, resulting in a 5 minute round, after which a one minute break is allowed before repeating. There will be a running clock. On the call of rotate the athlete must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep. except on the rower, where each calorie is a point.
