Mondays and Wednesdays 7pm classes will be changed to BOOTCAMP RX classes with Kayla!!!

For the time being, There will be NO Yoga Classes Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15pm.

CFS is working to get this class back up and running as soon as possible.

We will Keep CFS Members Posted!!

There are Yoga Classes with Rob Tuesday and Thursday Mornings at 5am and Saturdays at 7am!!

BOOTCAMP RX & CROSSFIT CLASSES:
A. Four rounds for time w/ buddy:
21 Overhead Squats (45/35)
42 Pull-Ups
15 Overhead Squats
30 Pull-Ups
9 Overhead Squats
18 Pull-Ups
– Break up work as needed. Only ONE person may be working at a time!
Rest until the 15 minute mark, and then…
B. Four rounds for time w/ buddy:
15 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
15 Toes-to-Bar
– Break up work as needed. Only ONE person may be working at a time!
