RED ROCKS WOD TOMORROW 8/9/15!!!
We will be leaving the gym at 7am and we plan to be home before 10:30AM
Tay has a CRAZY fun WOD planned for this Sunday’s Red Rocks field trip WOD.
We need to be leaving CFS by 7am… so please arrive a tiny bit before so we can get the carpool situation taken care of.
We will be jumping the planter boxes so please wear knee high socks… gotta protect those shins.
