  • Row 500
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Sit Ups
  • 20 Push ups
  • 10 Pull Ups (sub Max Pull Ups or 7 Muscle Ups depending on ability level) 

Rest=Work (5 Minutes max)

Post Time per set on whiteboard.
