A. In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
Run 500 Meters (or Row 500 Meters)
5 Pull-Ups
10 (5/side) SA-DB Thrusters
15 Kettlebell Swings

  • Run/Row (yes two rowers) TOGETHER!
  • Once inside – One ONE person can work at a time – slip up work as needed
