Give BOOTCAMP RX a TRY!!!! 

The Bootcamp RX Program at CrossFit Stapleton places an emphasis on cardiovascular endurance and muscular stamina. It is fast paced and consists of interval and circuit training that has you moving quickly for most of the session. We use both short and long running intervals, kettlebells, medicine balls, and many bodyweight exercises to achieve greater levels of fitness and keep workouts original and challenging. CrossFit Stapleton’s Bootcamp RX offers serious functional workouts that are accessible to everyone who is able to exercise.

The CFS Bootcamp RX program also provides an opportunity for people who are interested in getting started with CrossFit as a way to gain exposure to many of the exercises used in traditional CrossFit classes. It will provide a strong foundation for those who would like to advance their training in CrossFit and take their fitness to the next level!

BOOTCAMP RX & CROSSFIT CLASSES

A. Against a 3 minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as

possible of:

50 Air Squats

40 Anchored Sit-Ups

30 Push-Ups

20 Pull-Ups

– Rest 3 minutes between sets, and pick up the next set where you left off. Complete a

total of five sets.

B. Against a 3 minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as

possible of:

50 Mountain Climbers (2ct)

40 DB/KB Snatches (20/arm)

30 Ball Slams

20 SA- DB/KB Thrusters (10/arm)

– Rest 3 minutes between sets, and pick up the next set where you left off. Complete a

total of five sets.
