10 Single-Arm Kettlebell Push Press (Left Arm)

10 Single-Arm Kettlebell Push Press (Right Arm)

20 Goblet Squats             

15/12 Kcal Row                 

*Non ‘working’ partner may accumulate time in a high plank. EVERY :30 held will count as 2 extra reps towards their final score
