It’s me again. Ole stuff talkin, sore undera$$ having me. The summer has been awesomely good to me so far, and I have my 9:30am crew to thank. Big ups and shout outs to my peeps! There’s no me without YOU!  LOL

I am also happily noticing changes and am making major GAINZ, life is GOOD!  I am still drinking the Tiger Bloods and am definitely cognizant of the meats. I am still not back to being the full on carnivorous machine I used to be and for it I am grateful.  Some brilliant mastermind brought back Thunderstruck this week and I was salty as can be.  There was also a lot of burpee-ing programmed but instead of complain, I laid on the ground really still and hoped no one would see me. Rich saw me, but he see’s all. Touche’

I am really excited to share this with you all. As you saw a couple of weeks ago, Kaleo Shaylassson is a mean competitor and vicious beast with 8 abs.  He wrote out his work out and has decided to grace us with a new video inspired by the Crossfit Games, Rick James, ROMWOD #swole and #flexy and me his #1 FAN!   Enjoy CFS!
