BOOTCAMP RX & CROSSFIT CLASSES:

In teams of two, completely the following for time:

1200 Meter Run, together (2 bigs loops + 1 small loop)

Immediately followed by…

Partners alternate movements to complete a total of 16 rounds for time of:

6 Strict Pull-Ups (or elevated ring rows)

12 Dumbbell Push Presses (50/35)

12 DB Front Squats (50/35)

– Following the run, Partner A will perform 6 strict pull-ups, then Partner B performed 12

dumbbell push presses, then Partner A performs 18 air squats, then Partner B performs

6 strict pull-ups, and so on until you’ve completed 16 rounds.

KIDS TRAINING:

In teams of two-three, completely the following for time:

800m run (together!)

Immediately followed by…

10 rounds (together – split the work however you please)

12 Strict Pull-Ups (or ring rows)

12 Dumbbell Push Presses

12 Air Squats
