WOD #1- In a 15min time cap complete:

2000m Row


AMRAP Wall-Balls

*P1 rows while p2 accumulates wall-ball shots… Work load can be split up however you see fit* 


Score= Row time – Total Wall-Ball shots


WOD #2- 15min AMRAP (Begin at the end of the 15min time cap for WOD #1) 

30 Med-ball Passovers (6#/10#)

15 Synchronized Burpees

15 Med-Ball Squats (6#/10#)

15 Partner Deadlifts (85% total body weight between both partners)


Score= Total rounds + additional reps completed
