In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, partners alternate whole rounds to complete…

 A. 15min AMRAP:

100m sprint

10 DB Push Presses (50/35)

5 Burpees (to a target)

Rest 5 minutes, and then

B. 15min AMRAP:

100m KB Suitcase Carry (1KB SA carry)

50 DUs (or 100 Singles or :45 attempts)

15 KB Goblet Squats (heavy)

P1 – Completes an entire round

P2 – Rests

–  Flip flop jobs the entire 15 min!

Score = AMRAP
