CROSSFIT/BOOTCAMP RX CLASSES: 

Ladder FUN – For Time:

400 meter Run

Burpees with a Push-up Ladder 1 to 10 to 1

400 meter Run

Burpees with a Box Jump 24″ Ladder 1 to 10 to 1

400 meter Run

Burpees with a Pull-up Ladder 1 to 10 to 1 (can be done as a jumping pull-up)

400 meter Run

Details:

Burpees with a Push-up/BoxJump/Pull-Up Ladder (1 to 10 to 1) = 1 Burpee, doing 1 push-up at the bottom (like normal) come back up and jump. Then 1 Burpee, but now do 2 push-ups at the bottom, come up and jump. Then 1 Burpee, but now do 3 push-ups at the bottom . . Keep this up to 10 and then back down to 1.
