BOOTCAMP/CROSSFIT CLASSES: 

The Bar is your best Friend! – For Time w/ a buddy:

60 Front Squats, 60 Thrusters, 60 Shoulder to Overhead (45/35)

800m Run/Walk carrying the Bar (Can carry it however you want!)

60 Front Squats, 60 Thrusters, 60 Shoulder to Overhead

800 Run/Walk carrying the Bar

Rules:

*DO NOT DROP BAR OUTSIDE!!

  • Break reps up however you like bar must NEVER touch the floor
  • P1 works while P2 rests
  • If bar touches the ground at any point = 10 burpees EACH on the spot!
