You’re in luck. For Armed Forces Day (May 19), Hire Heroes USA is organizing a nationwide fundraiser that literally any CrossFitter or box can join in on. The challenge is to run 5 miles and complete 19 burpees per mile. You could even spice this up with a weight vest or as a partner (light) sandbag carry.

In teams of two, complete the following for time:
300 Wall Ball Shots
4000 Meter Run
5000 Meter Row
– Teams get one Concept 2 erg and one ball, but may partition the work however they would like . . . and both should be working at all times.
