WHO IS READY TO PARTAYYYY?

Congrats on completing our VERY FIRST May Challenge. Please remember to turn in ALL score cards/logs by THIS Monday at 9:30AM (sharp) – Tay needs to tally up the scores and calculate who our official Male/Female winners are! Who is it gonna be?!?!

Please join us for a casual ‘Happy Hour’/Pool Party/Awards Ceremony THIS Memorial Day Monday!

Where: RUNWAY 35 POOL – NORTHFIELD

When: Noon-3ishhPM

What to bring: Your NEW shredded bods, BYO DRANKS (no glass), your pool cards (or $10 – if you are not a member!), and anything else you may need for a pool party (speedo/flippers/floaties/etc).

IF – By chance the weather does not cooperate with us – we will move our little parting selves to Cheluna Brewery in the Stanley Marketplace. Please keep an eye on your email and our Facebook Page for updates!

To celebrate the launch of our kids program and to ALSO celebrate the end of our May Challenge we are partnering up with Ivivva (Lulu for kids!!) this weekend (and for future events) to bring a Trunk Show right to CFS. 

This Trunk Show will be from 9-11AM and will also include a fun little raffle for the kiddos! 

Please swing on by this Saturday to WOD, grab a raffle ticket and buy some new swag.

BOOTCAMP CLASSES: 

A. In teams of four, complete as many rounds as possible in 24 minutes of:
20 Burpees
20 Wall Ball Shots
20 Anchored Sit-Ups
Rest Station

– Teams must rotate stations as a team, with only one team member working at each station. You cannot begin working on your next task until all team members have completed their station tasks and are ready to move one. Thus, you must work as a team, communicate effectively and motivate your teammates to keep moving throughout the 24 minutes. The teammate at the rest station must hold two dumbbells fully extended overhead.

B. FINAL May Challenge – Core Cash out!!
