“Fight Gone SUPER Bad”- 3 Rounds for MAX reps 

2min Stick Jumps*

2min Wall-Balls (20#/14#)*

2min Burpees

2min Box Jumps (24”/20”)*

2min Shoulder to Overhead (95#65#)*

-Rest 2:00 Between Sets-

Only ONE partner can be working at a time….

BONUS*= ‘Non-working’ partner may perform burpees for additional ‘REPS’ to add to score at the end.

TWO scores will be held throughout the entire WOD. 1- ‘Reps’ count and 1- ‘Burpees count’. BONUS Burpees may not be performed while on the actual ‘Burpee’ station.
