A. “Get A Grip”
Teams of two must complete 100 repetitions of the following complex:
1 KB/DB Deadlift
1 KB/DB Power Clean
1 KB/DB Front Squat
1 KB/DB Push Press
1 KB/DB Push Jerk
- Each will complete 50!
- Split work as needed.. BUT you CANNOT switch roles mid-round (Ie: work for entire complex MUST be completed by a single person before switching roles)
