  • abmat sit ups
  • kb swings
  • med ball throws into wall- side pitch

WOD -3 rounds for time:
Bear Crawl for 10 meters in grass,
Then stand and sprint up dirt hill and back down,
-7 push ups
-11 ball slams
-KB carry -cone to cone -heavy.
