Perhaps these are some of the objections keeping you from making the final decision to sign up with CrossFit Stapleton. We understand that, considering we also used to belong to globo gyms where avoiding cheesy pick up lines was often part of the workout.

Even though all our members are a close-knit tribe, regardless of gender, we do offer an all-female class on Monday thru Friday at 9:30 a.m.  for those who feel more comfortable in that environment.

Led by CrossFit Stapleton’s  Certified Coaches, you’ll workout alongside other motivated, energetic women of all ages, empowering yourself and each other as you strengthen your body and your resolve.

No, This Is Not a “Girl’s” Workout Designed to Protect Manicures and Makeup.
And We Sweat, Not “Glow.”

You will experience the intensity and results that you’d find at every CrossFit class we offer. The Workout of the Day is the same for everyone. Routines are designed to be scaled to meet a variety of abilities, but not any less challenging than our mixed classes.

The only difference is that there are no men, except for some of our coaches who never ceased to be amazed and inspired by the CrossFit Stapleton women.

And You Will Be, Too!

In fact, in addition to building a stronger body, you’ll build strong relationships with the other women in this class.

Maybe that’s why in the past 6 months it’s gone from an average of 4 women to 15. And still growing strong.

Step #1. SCHEDULE YOUR INTRO.

CrossFit Stapleton has developed a 60 minute Fitness consultation which we conduct in person with you. Here is what we accomplish together in this fast paced, zero nonsense session.

  • Health and Fitness questionnaire- This is our opportunity to learn more about you and your goals. We will also discuss your background as it relates to fitness and training to determine if CrossFit is right for you.
  • Baseline Workout-We will walk you through a workout and show you exactly how to perform specific movements. Then you will perform the workout (which takes literally about 6 minutes).
