A. For Time 50-35-20 reps of each exercise:

Burpees

Double Unders X 2 (double the number so 100-70-40, Mod=Singles same number count)

Air Squats 

600 meter Run (big loop) 

Example: 50 Burpees, 100 DU’s (or Singles), 50 Squats, 600 meter Run, Then 35 Burpees, 70 DU’s (or Singles), 35 Squats, 600 meter Run, Finish with 20 Burpees, 40 DU’s (or Singles), 20 Squats, 600 meter Run.
