If Anyone from CFS is looking to redo WOD 13.2 we will be doing this between 8 am- 10 am. Please contact nicolle@crossfitstapleton.com

Please keep in mind that WOD’s should only be repeated if you truly feel like there are a large amount of reps you think you can accomplish. It is not worth it if you are sore

for the next 5 day!!!!
