Midday ‘Green’ Energizing Smoothie 

8oz cold brewed coffee

1.5 Cups spinach

1T Almond butter

1/4 Avocado

1/2 Banana

1/2 Cup almond milk

1 Scoop SFH chocolate whey protein powder

green smoothie

A. Build to a tough triple squat snatch in 10 – 12mins

B. EMOM – PC+Jerk TnG x 3 60-65% of 1rm – 6mins perfect form 
30 snatches for time 135#/95# scale as needed can be power or full snatch
