3 Person Teams – For Time

2000m Row

60 Wall Balls (20/14)

60 Pull-ups

60 Box Jumps

2000m Row

60 Goblet Squats (55/35)

60 Push-ups

60 Med-Ball Sit-Ups

2000m Row

** Team must hold med-ball (20/14) at ALL times… It may NEVER touch the floor (even on Wall-balls)**

** Only one person may be working at a time… the other two will be either accumulating burpees (every burpee counts as 2 minutes subtraction) or holding the med-ball **

** Team are allowed ONE rower, ONE box, ONE med-ball, and ONE kettle bell (unless teams needs different weights for different people) **

SCORE = Time – Burpees (2 seconds per burpee)
