One of things that is apparent is that people enjoy the programming and appreciate the coaching effort that goes into each class.
On Saturday July 19th, we will complete a 6 week cycle. We love the element of surprise and the “unknowable”, as far as upcoming WOD’s.
But, we also have taken your feedback and would like to provide you with the opportunity to increase your awareness & plan your programming over the coming 9 days.
