The end of a cycle -CFS Programming Update

We work with people and athletes of all abilities and fitness levels.  We work with you to manage your fitness, lifestyle and nutrition for optimal results, longevity and feel/perform the best you can.  Whether you are competing at a sport, wanting to live a larger and longer life, or just want to feel your best, there is a place at CFS for everyone!

This is why we asked for your feedback in a recent survey, which is now conducted on a quarterly basis.

One of things that is apparent is that people enjoy the programming and appreciate the coaching effort that goes into each class.
On Saturday July 19th, we will complete a 6 week cycle. We love the element of surprise and the “unknowable”, as far as upcoming WOD’s.
But, we also have taken your feedback and would like to provide you with the opportunity to increase your awareness & plan your programming over the coming 9 days.
