– RECIPE OF THE WEEK –

‘BULLET PROOF’ SFH FUEL COFFEE

MORNING AWESOMENESS

BP-Fuel

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 10oz Fresh Brewed HOT Coffee
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Grass-fed butter, unsalted (I use Kerry Gold Brand)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil/MCTs (I get the one from Costso! YUM!)
  • 1 Scoop SFH Coconut Fuel 

DIRECTIONS: 

1. Brew your coffee.

2. In a large blender (DO NOT USE SINGLE SERVE BLENDER… The heat from the coffee will EXPLODE the drink… BAD!) blend together coffee, butter, coconut oil, and Fuel for about 15-20 seconds.

3. Pour contents into coffee cup/travel mug… Drink will look VERY creamy and frothy.

4. Drink up!!

**This is NOT a meal replacement… more of a snack/breakfast enhancer. 

**Great option if you are trying to kick your coffee creaming habit!

20 Jumping Lunges
150m Run or Row
MyZone: Pace/ Yellow
