2   Bent over row

3   Alternating lunges (bar on back)

4   Power clean or SDHP

5   Romanian deadlift

Without bar:

6   Mountain climbers

7   Scullers

8   Burpees

9   High knees (while skipping rope if able)

10   ab mat sit ups
