Sunday Bootcamp Announcement

Starting 9/11 we will be moving class back inside and back to 8:30AM!

We will be back inside until next summer.

This Sunday, 8/21, 8/28, and 9/4 will still be at the park at 7:30AM. If you haven’t tried this outdoor bootcamp class yet, please do!! 

Thank you joining us outside, in the park this summer! It has been AWESOME.

 

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Five sets of:
Bench Press x 5 reps @ 20X1
Rest 2 minutes between sets and use that time to work mobility and prepare for part B.

B. Four rounds for time of:
10 Ring Dips
20 Toes to Bar
30 Double-Unders

A. Five sets of:
Floor Press x 8 reps @ 20X1
Rest 2 minutes between sets and use that time to work mobility and prepare for part B.

B. Four rounds for time of:
10 Push-ups
20 Sit-ups
30 Mountain Climbers

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:

A. Five rounds for time of:
10 Push-ups
20 Sit-ups
30 Lunges
