Starting Saturday, September 6, 2014 (9:30-11am) CFS Nutrition is excited to announce its first OFFICIAL Nutrition 101 class!
The Intro to Nutrition 101 class will be FREE to all current members and will be run on a recurring month to month basis (The first Saturday of each month).
