Me and Tony Cappa were talking about Muscle ups today and a decent progression. I kind of like this one and followed something similar along with some straight bar MU’s. I can  FINALLY tie 3-5 together. So IF you have decent kipping pull up, dedicate some time post WOD to this. Thanks for reminding me Tony!
