This Friday (12/19) CFS will be hosting a Holiday Happy Hour after the 5:30pm class is over, at the Gym!
We would love to get together, listen to holiday music, and enjoy a few drinks and yummy snacks!!!
This HHH (Holiday Happy Hour) will be BYOD&S (Bring Your Own Drink and Snack)
We would like to exchange holiday treats (cookies/chocolates/muffins/etc.- NOT Paleo!) as well…
So bring your favorite drink and a snack to WOW the crowd!
