CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Five sets of:

Unsupported Seated Strict Press x 3-4 reps

(sit on a bench without back support and press the barbell from shoulder to

overhead)

Rest 2-3 minutes

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 16 minutes of:

Run 400 Meters

15 Dumbbell Push Presses (35/20#)

5 Jumping negatives (13X1)

Fitness-

A. Five sets of:

Unsupported Seated Strict Press x 4 reps (pick a moderate # and stay there!)

(sit on a bench without back support and press the barbell from shoulder to

overhead)

Rest 2-3 minutes

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 16 minutes of:

Run 400 Meters

15 Dumbbell Push Presses

10 Strict Pull-Ups

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:

A. 25min AMRAP:

300m run (little loop)

15 push-ups

5 strict pull-ups

15 ball slams

B. Core Fun!

1 – Accumulate 5 minutes in a high plank

2 – Accumulate 3 minutes in a hollow hold
