15m Burpee broad jumps
15m Bear Crawl
15m broad jumps (no burpee)
15m light (6#) med ball passovers
15m broad jumps
15m bear crawl
15m burpee broad jumps



WOD – Teams of 2:

400M run buy-in (together), then..

10 rounds for time:
30 double unders
20 pullups/ ring rows OR toes to bar (athlete choice but stick with same)
10 ball slams (30/20)
20 kb swings (55/35)
30 abmat situps
MZ: Yellow/RED

**One person works at one time
**Split reps however you want
