Perfect Summertime (poolside) Hydrating Drink
Ingredients (Makes 8-8oz servings)
- 1 quart of coconut water
- 1 quart brewed green tea (chilled)
- 1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1c POM Pomegranate juice
- 1 TBSP sweetener (optional)- Agave works best in cold beverages!
Instructions
- Brew tea.
- Mix chilled tea and coconut water in a large pitcher.
- Add in sea salt.
- Add juice and sweetener then mix well.
- Cool and store in fridge until ready to use.
- Enjoy!!!
OPTIONAL- Add in 2 tablespoons Chia seed (let sit at least 30min) for added texture and hydrating benefits!!!!
