The next RJJ led hike will be NEXT Saturday 6/11/16

We will be hiking The Manitou Springs Incline!

The Manitou Springs Incline, also known as theManitou Incline or simply the Incline, is a popular hiking trail rising above Manitou Springs, Colorado, near Colorado Springs. The trail is the remains of a former 3 ft (914 mm) narrow gauge funicular railway whose tracks washed out during a rock slide in 1990.

We will announce our timeline next week (when we plan to leave CFS and when we plan to return!).

A. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Snatch x 1 rep @ 80-95%

Build over the course of the 10 sets.

B. Five rounds for time of:
5 Power Snatches (115/75 lbs)
10 Overhead Walking Lunges (115/75 lbs)
30 Double-Unders



A. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
3-5x Hang Power Snatch w/ PVC or empty bar

B. Five rounds for time of:
5 Hang Power Snatches (PVC or Bar)
10 Walking Lunges
:30 Double-Under Practice (or 120 singles)



A. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
Row 250 Meters
10 Alternating Single-Arm DB Snatches
20m bear crawl (10m down/back)

B. Sled Drive – EMOM 10minute:

  • Using the pull sleds w/ straps pull the sled 100m (50m down/back)
  • Two people at a time (one person each sled)
  • New people every minute
