Tuesday – 4:45PM-5:30PM (BootcampRX room)

Wednesday – 4:45PM-5:30PM (BootcampRX room)

Thursday – 4:45PM-5:30PM (BootcampRX room)

Saturday – (FAMILY FRIENDLY WOD) 9AM (Main Gym Area) 

Ages:

Tuesday/Wed/Thurs – 10-17*

Saturdays – ALL Ages**

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Four sets of:

Dumbbell Walking Lunges x 20 steps @ 1010

Rest 90 seconds

Ring Dips x Max Reps @ 2111

(please stick to the tempo prescription)

Rest 90 seconds

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

A. Four sets of:

BW Walking Lunges x 20 steps @ 1010

Rest 90 seconds

SOLID Push-ups (MAX Unbroken Set) @ 2111

(please stick to the tempo prescription)

Rest 90 seconds

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Hang Power Cleans

10 Seated DB L-Seated Presses

Jumping Lunges (or step-back if your knees cannot handle the jump)

KIDS TRAINING:

A. Strength/Skill – TABTA (push-up/rowing technique) WORK:

4 Rounds – Push-ups

4 Rounds – Rowing (Kcals)

(Complete ALL 4 push-ups rounds, before moving onto the row)

Score = total reps/Kcals

B. 5min AMRAP:

50m Sprint (25m down/back – outside)

3 mini-man makers (DB plank > clean > push-press)
