This MONDAY 7/4/16 (July Fourth!) We will be holding 6AM & 9:30AM classes ONLY

Please keep this in mind when you are planning out your day

We will be doing a very fun America themed WOD

Bring along your friends and family!

 

CROSSFIT CLASSES: 

Performance-

A. Every 8 minutes, for 40 minutes (5 sets) of:
Run 800 Meters
21 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
12 Pull-Ups

Note times for each set, and add them for total working time.

B. 2 Sets:

Hawaiian Squats x 8-10 reps per side
Hollow Body Hold/Rocks x 45-60 seconds

Fitness-

15 Russian Kettlebell Swings
15 Ring Rows

Note times for each set, and add them for total working time.

B. 2 Sets:

Hawaiian Squats x 8-10 reps per side
Hollow Body Hold/Rocks x 45-60 seconds
