MEMORIAL DAY SCHEDULE ANNOUNCEMENT

This coming Monday 5/30 (Memorial Day) we will be holding classes at 6AM and 9:30AM ONLY

This rest of our afternoon classes will be cancelled!!!

Both the 6 and 9:30AM classes will be ‘group/bootcamp’ style WOD… like Murph.

Enjoy the holiday weekend – Stay safe!

 

CROSSFIT CLASSES: 

Performance/Fitness:

A. Take 10-12 minutes to work on Pistols or Pistol Progressions

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
Minute 1 – 10 Toes to Bar
Minute 2 – 15 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
Minute 3 – 20 Goblet Hold Reverse Lunges – Alternating Legs
