Since its inception in 2010, the Turkey Challenge has become one of the most anticipated events in the CrossFit community! This is THE event for top athletes to test their level of fitness and compete for cash and recognition. Competition is the backbone and heart of CrossFit, and there is no bigger stage in Colorado than the Turkey Challenge.

Then you host it at MBS CrossFit, one of the largest CrossFit gyms in Colorado, located in an airport hangar at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. The 16,000 Sq Ft facility boasts amazing views from the flight line of both downtown Denver and the Flatirons mountain range of Boulder.
Finally, you add the region’s most dedicated athletes who have trained all year to see how their skills hold up against the best of the best.

A.) Front squat – build to 1RM in 15 minutes
For time – 20 minute CAP

3 Burpees at the top of each minute
