Congratulations to Jennifer Hanzlick, our Whole 9 Paleo Challenge winner. All of our contestants saw major body composition changes and learned a lot about their current eating habits. 30 days is a short term nutritional reset, designed to restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, calm systemic inflammation, and put and end to unhealthy cravings, habits, and relationships with food and eating. Some of Jennifer’s more notable changes were body weight loss of  11 pounds, skinfold sum changes of over 10 mm’s, and a loss of an  inch around her waist. Her hard work and dedication in regards to nutrition were only matched by her intense effort in the gym. As you can see, she looks great.
