WOW! We cannot believe the 2014 Open has come to an end!
The entire gym has grown together over these past 5 weeks and we would like send out many many thank yous!
A big thank you goes out to ALL of those who volunteered their time every Friday (all day) to help us judge, you all played a HUGE roll in helping us run things smoothly and we truly appreciate your time and effort.
Thanks to ALL of the non-open athletes at the gym for dealing with the craziness every Friday and giving it your all during the WODs!
Last but not least… THANK YOU to all of the athletes who took the challenge and registered for the Open. You are all inspiring and we hope you enjoyed yourselves. Although the Open can be stressful, each year we get the opportunity to test ourselves and expose our strengths and our weaknesses. With this we can see how far we have come as CrossFitters and also see where we can use improvement. Take those weaknesses and make them your strengths for next year!!
