Schedule for Easter Weekend:

There will be normal schedule on Saturday April 15th!

NO Classes on Sunday April 16th!!

In addition, there will Be NO Babysitting this coming Saturday April 15th!!!!

CROSSFIT CLASSES:
Performance-
A. Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets each) of:
Station 1 – 4-8 Ring Muscle-Ups
Station 2 – 50-75 Foot Handstand Walk
(use a partner assist to accumulate the volume and time under tension if you’re still
learning hand balancing)
Station 3 – L-Sit x 60 seconds
(accumulate the time if you’re unable to maintain this position unbroken)
B. Five rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
9 Toes to Bar
6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
3 Bar Muscle-Ups

Station 1 – 4x Strict Pull-ups + 4x Strict Dips
Station 2 – 20-30 Shoulder Taps
Station 3 – L-Sit Progression x 60 seconds
B. Five rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
9 Knees to Chest
9 Pull-ups/Ring Rows
9 Dips or Push-ups
