Congrats to Brian P (noon class) for PRing on his 5K this past weekend by over 5 minutes!!

Brian has been training with us for quite a few months now with his RK Mechanical buddies 3x/wk at our lunchtime class… Brian’s improvement during his time with us has been huge and he is on track to keep making PRs on a consistent basis… Congrats Brain!
