Ladies of @StapletonCF rock the 2013 Wyoming Open

We are very proud of Jennifer Hanzlick and Tayler Upton for working their tails off at the Frontier Open.

This was a two day event with 5 WODs and a 6th final WOD for the top 8 in each division .. Jen PRd on her snatch and finished in the top half for the open division!

 The highlight for Tayler was completing the 15 muscle up WOD, proving herself in the Pro division and finishing in the top 8 …

Please congratulate these two.

  • Saturday, Aug. 24 – The Body Fat-Test mobile lab will be visiting CFS from 8-11 a.m. This is a great opportunity to find your baseline measurement of body fat percentage just before the start of the Whole Life Challenge. BUT HURRY, there are ONLY 6 SPOTS LEFT on the sign up sheet on the main white board. For $65 you will also get an “after” measurement of your body composition on Saturday, Nov. 16.

A. Back squat 5, 4, 3, 2, 1; rest 2-3mins

(This is not a max day but push the weights if you are feeling it)

20min AMRAP 
BB overhead 45/35# walking lunge 50ft (front rack if needed or no weight if needed)
12 Situps
6 Burpees
