A2) Bent over Kettlebell Row @2121; 8-10 reps per arm x 4 sets; Rest 2-3; (add weight each set)

Movement Prep:

For Time:

  • Run 400
  • 25 Burpees
  • Row 500
  • 25 Burpees

Post Highest Cluster Load and METCON Time:
