Saturday 9:15am BootcampRX Class will now be held at 7am* starting January 7th!
There will no longer be a 9:15am class on Saturday’s STARTING JANUARY 7th
We will have a 7am Bootcamp RX class and an 8am CrossFit class
Please schedule accordingly!
We are looking forward to seeing you all bright and early on Saturday’s. Get a WOD in before heading up to the mountains!!
*CFS members are also welcome to use the 7am time slot for open gym if they would like!
The main gym will be open while the Bootcamp room is being utilized form 7-8am
A. Power Clean – 7×1.1.1 – build load from first set at 70% 1RM power clean
B. Snatch Balance – Every 90 seconds – 7×2
C. 2 minute AMRAPx5:
Wall Ball Shots (20#/14#)
– Rest 1min Between sets
– Scored as max repetitions
BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:
Every 5 minutes – 5 sets:
35 DUs / sub stick jumps (single count)
Record each set – try to keep time the same
